The Hd City Apartments in Heidelberg offered great value for money with its convenient location near the city center and accessible transportation options. The room was comfortable and quiet, perfect for a restful stay. The staff, especially Petra, was friendly and accommodating, even cute us with a bottle of champagne for New Year's Eve festivities.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

my family and I recently stayed in Heidelberg and Hd City Apartments exceeded our expectations. The property had tasteful decorations, the host was responsive, and there were coffee and tea available for our morning pick-me-up. The kitchen utensils were great and the layout of the common room was easy to use. Plus, the convenient location made it easy to access the city center and other attractions.
Communication could have been better.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The apartment was bright and clean, with a modern kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The studio apartment was above average in size, and had a comfortable sofa, dining area, and a full-sized bed. The owner was very communicative and quick to address any issues, such as noise from the adjoining apartment. The location was convenient, with a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute tram ride to the edge of the old town. The hotel was also close to public transport, with a direct link to the old town. we were impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, and the staff's responsiveness.
Nothing, everything was great.

I have to admit that there were a few positive aspects about my weekend stay in Heidelberg. the room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchenette with utensils and a coffee machine. I also appreciated the fact that the room had double glazed windows which kept the noise out and allowed for a peaceful sleep. Plus, the wifi was excellent, which was definitely a bonus.
There were a few aspects of this accommodation that left much to be desired. the location was quite far from the city center, which meant a longer walk or tram ride to reach the main attractions.

Stayed at Hd City Apartments for a week while visiting Heidelberg. The clean and well-equipped apartment was perfect for our needs, allowing us to cook meals due to a dietary restriction. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was new and clean. The location was convenient with easy access to the city center via the nearby tram stop. There was a supermarket just a short walk away, and we enjoyed a delicious all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant just 100 meters away. The staff, particularly Petra, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment also had a lovely outdoor patio with garden furniture. a great stay with excellent value for money!
Totally recommend this hotel.

This apartment was just what I needed as a backpacker. The kitchen had everything I needed, like a coffee machine and toaster, and the seating area was cozy. The bed was super comfortable too!
Personally, I didn't care for the private entrance. It felt a bit secluded, but I can see how others might appreciate the privacy.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with a short 10-minute walk to the main railway station and a tram stop nearby. It is also close to the city center and the Market Place, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are basic but sufficient, and the spacious bathrooms are a plus. Guests can enjoy the fully equipped kitchenettes and the lovely terraces.
The hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms, which can be uncomfortable during warm weather.

The kitchen utensils in Hd City Apartments were great and the common room layout was easy to use. I also enjoyed the balcony as it provided some extra space. The front desk staff were very helpful with information about the local area and spoke excellent English.
